We are a registered Child Care Ministry with the Indiana Division of Family and Children and the State Fire Marshall, according to Indiana Law (IC-12-3-2). We are inspected each quarter by Child Care Facilities Unit Surveyors to check to see if we are in compliance with state regulations.
All employees are required to have a criminal background check, CPR and First-Aid, and Universal Precautions Training. To comply with regulations, we will be conducting monthly fire and tornado drills and documenting the results.
State law requires us to have updated shot records for all children.
